本协议中，将易票联支付有限公司简称“本公司”或“易票联支付”，将本公司合作的跨境电子商务网站/站点简称“站点”，将使用本公司服务的用户简称“您”或“用户”。您确认，在您通过本公司合作的站点接受本公司的服务时，您已充分阅读、理解并接受本协议的全部内容，一旦您使用易票联支付服务，即表示您同意遵循本协议之所有约定及其更新版本。本公司提醒您认真阅读、充分理解本协议各条款，特别是以粗体加下划线标注部分。如您不同意接受本协议的任意内容，或者无法准确理解相关条款含义的，请不要进行后续操作。本协议更新版本将以站点公告形式发送给您，您在收到后继续使用本服务的，视为您对更新内容全部接受且无异议，否则您应暂停或终止使用本服务，并通知站点。

服务流程。您同意把跨境贸易所得资金（简称“结算资金”）通过易票联支付的银行账户进行收付汇，并将人民币资金支付至您指定的境内/境外银行账户。
Service Process. You agree to transfer funds obtained from cross-border trade ("the funds") to the bank account of ePaylinks for the payment and settlement, the CNY funds will be paid to your designated domestic/overseas bank account.

Service type. It is limited to the payment and settlement of funds generated by cross-border transactions permitted by the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The types of transactions include trade in goods and services, such as the proceeds from sale of goods, service fees, etc. If you settle the funds other than those stipulated in this agreement through the payment and settlement service provided by ePaylinks, or the payment service you request violates Chinese regulations and policies, ePaylinks has the right to refuse and stop providing services to you.
本公司有权委托本公司合作银行为您进行收付汇、信息申报等业务处理。具体业务的操作时限、业务规则以本公司通知（通知形式包括但不限于通过站点相关页面或系统公布）为准。

您是16-80周岁且具有完全民事行为能力的自然人，或在中国大陆境内合法开展经营活动或其他业务的法人或其他组织。当您向本公司发出服务申请后，同意并授权站点可将您的认证身份信息、银行账户信息、跨境交易明细信息等发送易票联支付，并由易票联支付按照中国人民银行和国家外汇管理局的要求对您提供的信息进行认证和审核。该认证信息包括但不限于：姓名（企业名称）、身份证号码（统一社会信用代码）、证件有效期、开户银行、银行账号、银行账户名称、联系方式。您同意并授权易票联支付将您的身份信息、交易信息、结算信息等信息发送给为了向您提供支付服务而必须获得以上信息的易票联支付合作银行/机构、监管机构或其他有权机构。
You are a natural person aged 16-80 with full capacity for civil conduct, or a legal person or other organization that legally conducts business activities or other businesses in Mainland China. After you send a service application to the company, you agree and authorize the site to send your authentication identity information, bank account information, cross-border transaction details, etc. to ePaylinks, and ePaylinks will accordance with the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange requires certification and review of the information you provide. The authentication information includes but is not limited to: Name (Company name), ID number (Business license number), Certificate Validity, Beneficiary bank, Beneficiary account, Beneficiary name, and contact information. You agree and authorize ePaylinks to send your identity information, transaction information, settlement information, etc. to ePaylinks cooperative bank or other authorized institution that must obtain the above information in order to provide you with the payment services.
您同意并授权，在您向本公司发送服务申请后，站点有权将您在站点的相关交易和结算信息发送给本公司，并将您的资金按您的委托指示，划付至您指定的境内/境外银行账户。交易和结算信息包括但不限于收款人身份信息、收款账户、跨境贸易明细信息等。
You agree and authorize that after you send a service application to the company, the site has the right to send your transaction and settlement information on the site to the company, and transfer your funds to your designated domestic/overseas receiving bank account according to your entrusted instructions. 您保证您所提交的所有信息和资料真实、准确、完整，不存在违反法律、法规或涉嫌侵犯他人权利的情形，且您使用本服务应符合相关法律法规及监管部门的规定，否则一切损失由您承担。易票联支付有权向您追究因您的任何违法违规行为导致易票联支付产生的法律责任、造成的不利影响或者其它损失。
You guarantee that all the information and data you submit are true, accurate, and complete, and that there is no violation of laws, regulations or suspected infringement of the rights of others, and that your use of this service should comply with relevant laws, regulations and regulations of regulatory authorities, otherwise you will be responsibile for all losses. ePaylinks has the right to pursue legal liabilities, adverse effects or other losses caused by any of your violations of laws and regulations.
本公司不承担站点显示的外汇牌价与实际结算时的汇率之间的汇兑损益（本公司不承担汇兑损失也不享有汇兑收益）。

您应保证您提供的人民币收款银行账户信息准确无误。若由于您提供的收款银行账户信息有误导致资金汇入错误的银行账户，本公司对此不承担任何责任。当出现任何不准确或错误的付款时，本公司将采取合理的措施协助您追踪并在合理可能时追回该款项，但本公司对于无法追回的款项不承担任何责任。若由于您提供的收款银行账户信息错误而造成入账错误或退款，本公司有权不退回已向您收取的服务费。如您提交的人民币收款银行账户信息有误而造成的人民币转账交易失败，易票联支付应通过站点提示用户该错误信息，由用户自行修改收款银行账户信息后，易票联支付会根据新的收款信息进行人民币转账，额度等同于转账失败的人民币金额。

The company does not assume any responsibility for incorrect payment due to incorrect beneficiary information provided by you. In the event of any incorrect payment, the company will take reasonable measures to assist you in tracking and recovering the payment when reasonably possible, but the company shall not assume any responsibility for the payment that cannot be recovered. The company has the right not to refund the service fee for any refund caused due to incorrect beneficiary information provided by you. If the payment fails due to incorrect beneficiary information provided by you, ePaylinks will remind the user of the wrong information through the site. After the user changes the beneficiary information, ePaylinks will make the CNY payment based on the new beneficiary information, and the amount is equal to the CNY amount of the failed payment.
您承诺不会将服务项下的任何权利和义务转让给第三方。

在您向本公司发送服务申请后，易票联支付有权根据中国人民银行和国家外汇管理局相关业务管理条例进行审核。对于审核未通过的服务申请，有权拒绝为您提供服务，并将已收到的结算资金退回至原付款账户。由于上述退款导致的损失易票联支付不承担责任。
After you send a service application to the company, ePaylinks has the right to review it in accordance with the relevant business management regulations of the People's Bank of China and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. If the application fails, ePaylinks has the right to refuse to provide services to you and return the funds that have been received to the original payment account. ePaylinks is not responsible for the losses caused by the above refunds.
易票联支付仅在收到站点或您的划付款项后，才会为您提供收付汇服务。

本公司有权将您的身份信息、交易信息、结算信息等信息同步给为了向您提供本服务而必须获得以上信息的本公司合作银行或其他有权机构。
The company has the right to synchronize your identity information, transaction information, settlement information, etc. to the company's cooperative bank or other authorized institution that must obtain the above information in order to provide you with this service.
您按本服务流程所确认的交易状态将成为易票联支付为您处理交易的不可撤销的指令。易票联支付有权按相关指令依据本协议约定对款项进行处理。
The transaction status confirmed by you in accordance with this service process will become an irrevocable instruction for ePaylinks to process the transaction for you. ePaylinks has the right to process the funds in accordance with the relevant instructions in accordance with this agreement.
易票联支付对您的保密信息采取最严格的保密措施。保密信息包括但不限于您的身份信息、支付信息、交易信息等。除用于履行本协议，易票联支付或易票联支付的员工不得以其他目的使用保密信息。易票联支付应采取所有合理措施，包括但不限于至少采取保护其自有保密信息和高度敏感信息时采取的措施，以保护您的保密信息免于被未经授权使用或无意披露。如果易票联支付知悉任何违反有关披露方保密信息保密义务的事件，应立即通知您。易票联支付承诺会要求合作银行及其他为向您提供本服务而获得了您的保密信息的有权机构履行不低于本条款规定的保密义务。
ePaylinks takes the strictest confidentiality measures for your confidential information. Confidential information includes but is not limited to your identity information, payment information, transaction information, etc. Except for the performance of this agreement, ePaylinks or ePaylinks staff shall not use confidential information for other purposes. ePaylinks shall take all reasonable measures, including but not limited to at least the measures taken to protect its own confidential information and highly sensitive information, to protect your confidential information from unauthorized use or unintentional disclosure. If ePaylinks becomes aware of any breach of the confidentiality obligations of the disclosing party, it shall notify you immediately. ePaylinks promises to require cooperative banks and other competent institutions that have obtained your confidential information to provide you with this service to perform confidentiality obligations no less than those stipulated in this clause.
易票联支付不得利用服务以及您的结算资金从事任何违法、违规，侵权或犯罪活动。
ePaylinks shall not use this service and the funds of you to engage in any illegal, infringing or criminal activities.
易票联支付有权就向您提供的服务收取一定服务费用并从交易款项中扣收，具体费用标准等以站点公布/显示为准。
ePaylinks has the right to charge a certain service fee for the service provided to you and deduct it from the transaction payment. The specific fee standard is subject to the website announcement/display.
易票联支付有义务配合中国人民银行、公安、司法机关等有权机关对您的可疑交易进行调查，并对交易资金采取冻结等措施，对此不承担任何责任。
ePaylinks is obliged to cooperate with the People's Bank of China, public security, judicial authorities and other competent authorities to investigate your suspicious transactions, and take measures such as freezing transaction funds, and does not assume any responsibility for this.
不可抗力指双方在订立协议时不能预见、对其发生和后果不能避免且不能克服的事件。若由于不可抗力致使一方未能全部或部分履行本协议不构成违约，本协议内受影响之条款可在不能履行之期间及受影响之范围内中止履行。给对方、用户或其他第三方造成损失的，该方不承担损害赔偿责任，但该方应采取合理措施且及时通知相关方，防止损失进一步扩大。
Force majeure refers to an event that cannot be foreseen, its occurrence and consequences cannot be avoided and cannot be overcome when the two parties enter into the agreement. If due to force majeure, one party's failure to perform this agreement in whole or in part does not constitute a breach of contract, the affected clauses in this agreement can be suspended during the inability to perform and within the affected scope. If losses are caused to the other party, users or other third parties, that party shall not be liable for damages, but the party shall take reasonable measures and promptly notify related parties to prevent further losses.
因不可抗力或者其他意外事件，使得本协议的履行不可能、不必要或者无意义的，双方可以协商解除本协议。
If the performance of this agreement is impossible, unnecessary or meaningless due to force majeure or other unexpected events, the two parties can negotiate to terminate this agreement.
不可抗力包括但不限于：

(1) 自然灾害如洪水、地震、瘟疫流行和风暴等；

(2) 社会事件如战争、动乱、法律法规变化、政府行为等；

(3) 黑客攻击、互联网病毒、电信设备、系统等出现故障导致数据不能正常传输；
Data cannot be transmitted normally caused by hacker attacks, Internet viruses, telecommunications equipment, systems and other malfunctions;
(4) 电力系统问题、电信部门技术调整等原因导致的服务中断或延迟。

易票联支付系统维护或升级且已在系统维护或升级前的合理时间（至少提前5个工作日）内通知您（通知形式包括但不限于通过站点相关页面或系统公布）的，易票联支付不承担损害赔偿责任，但应采取措施防止损失扩大。
If ePaylinks system is maintained or upgraded and you have been notified within a reasonable time (at least 5 working days in advance) before this (the form of notification includes but is not limited to publishing on the relevant pages of the site or the system), ePaylinks shall not be liable for damages, but shall take measures to prevent the loss from expanding.
任何一方违反本协议中约定，守约方有权暂停或终止本协议，并要求违约方及时改正，及/或要求其承担违约责任。造成守约方或第三方损失的，守约方有权要求违约方赔偿损失。
If any party violates the provisions of this agreement, the observant party has the right to suspend or terminate this agreement, and require the breaching party to make corrections in a timely manner, and/or require it to bear the liability for breach of contract. If any loss is caused to the observant party or a third party, the observant party shall have the right to demand compensation from the breaching party.
本协议在您不再使用本公司的服务时终止。
This agreement terminates when you no longer use the company's services.
本协议的订立、履行、效力和解释等，均适用中华人民共和国法律（不包含香港、澳门、台湾地区法律），并排除冲突法的适用。
The conclusion, performance, validity and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (except Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan), excluding the application of conflict of laws.
若您与本公司发生关于本服务或本服务所涉款项或信息的争议或纠纷，本公司将按照本协议及（或）易票联支付服务纠纷处理规则及时进行处理。
In the event of any dispute between you and the company regarding this service or the funds or information involved in this service, the company will promptly resolve the dispute in accordance with this agreement and/or the dispute settlement rules for ePaylinks service.
如纠纷协商和调解未果，任何一方均有权向中华人民共和国广州仲裁委员会提起裁决。
If the dispute negotiation and mediation fail, either party has the right to initiate a ruling to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission of the People's Republic of China.
